Terms & Conditions
1. Binding Terms
Tickets to Bernie Dieter’s Club Kabarett (“Event”) are issued subject to these Terms &
Conditions and any additional rules set by the Promoter or Venue. By purchasing or using a
ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Tickets & Entry
Entry to the Event is granted upon presentation of a valid Flicket ticket (mobile or printed),
including:
● Barcoded mobile ticket
● Print-at-home PDF ticket
● Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers only
● Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be invalid
● Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, altered, or resold unlawfully
This is a immersive style seated event. Seating categories (e.g. tables) may involve shared
tables. Seating is provided on a first come first seated policy and all seating is unreserved.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and, when admitted,
may be allocated alternative seating at the discretion of the venue staff.
3. Age Restrictions
This is a strictly 18+ event.
● Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry
● Patrons unable to provide ID or under 18 will be refused entry without refund
4. Nature of the Show
By attending, you acknowledge that Club Kabarett includes:
● Strong adult themes and explicit language
● Nudity and sexual content
● Audience interaction and participation
Patrons may be addressed directly or invited to participate during the performance.
5. Admission & Late Entry
● Late entry is not guaranteed and may be refused
● Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and, when
admitted, may be allocated alternative seating at the discretion of the venue staff.
● Pass-outs/re-entry may not be permitted
● The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or remove patrons at its discretion
6. Behaviour & Conduct
All patrons must behave respectfully.
You may be refused entry or removed without refund for:
● Intoxication
● Disruptive, unsafe, or offensive behaviour
● Failure to follow staff directions
7. Alcohol
The Event is licensed.
● No external alcohol may be brought into the venue
● Alcohol purchased onsite must be consumed responsibly
● Supplying alcohol to minors will result in removal and possible referral to authorities
8. Prohibited Items & Entry Conditions
Bags may be subject to search upon entry.
Prohibited items include:
● Outside food or beverages
● Illegal substances
● Weapons or dangerous items
● Professional photography or recording equipment
● Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by staff
Items may be confiscated and not returned.
9. Photography & Recording
● Personal photography and videos (phones/small cameras) is permitted for private use
only
● Professional photography equipment is not permitted without prior approval
The Promoter reserves the right to delete or confiscate unauthorised recordings.
10. Promotional Recording
By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded and for this content to be
used by the Promoter and its partners for promotional purposes without compensation.
11. Ticket Resale & Transfers
Tickets must not:
● Be resold for profit
● Be used for advertising or promotional purposes without consent
Unauthorised resale may result in:
● Cancellation of tickets
● Refusal of entry without refund
Ticket transfers/renaming may be available via Flicket and may incur a fee. Once transferred,
the original purchaser relinquishes all rights to the ticket.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
● Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law
● No refunds for:
○ Change of mind
○ Failure to attend
○ Late arrival or denied entry due to behaviour or intoxication
The Promoter reserves the right to:
● Change performers, program, seating, or schedule
Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
If the Event is cancelled, refunds will be issued in accordance with Flicket’s policies.
13. Risk & Liability
Entry is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Venue are not liable for:
● Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
● Personal injury except where required by law
The Event may include loud music, strobe lighting, and physical/circus-style performance
elements.
14. Safety
Patrons must follow all safety directions.
● Do not interfere with performers or stage areas
● In case of emergency, staff directions must be followed immediately
Medical assistance may be arranged if required at the patron’s expense.
15. Venue Policies
● Smoking/vaping only permitted in designated areas
● No animals permitted except registered assistance animals
16. Cabaret Experience Disclaimer
Club Kabarett is an immersive, high-energy cabaret experience.
By attending, you accept:
● Close proximity to performers
● Potential audience interaction
● Mature, provocative, and explicit content
